2022 All Manager Meeting

WRC’s All Manager Meeting will be held August 2-4 at the Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. This event will provide insurance industry insights, thought-provoking discussions and networking.

Keynote speakers will include Dale Diamond from NAMIC Insurance Company, Inc. and Steve Asmus from All States Ag Parts, LLC. Presentation topics will include bad faith claims, the future of reinsurance and policy endorsements.

You and your guest also are invited to an evening on a Lake Geneva Cruise, during which you can enjoy views of historic homes along the lakeshore and a special dinner with us.

FEATURED SPEAKER
	Dale Diamond Claim Director for NAMIC Insurance Company, Inc. Dale Diamond is a J.D. and Registered Professional Liability Underwriter with more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. He practiced at a prestigious Chicago law firm as an appellate, insurance coverage and bad faith defense lawyer. Dale also has handled complex professional liability, employment practices, D&O and cyberliability claims, in addition to managing teams of claim professionals. He has also served as a professional liability and EPLI Product Line Leader and Regional Underwriting Director, responsible for the overall underwriting profitability of multimillion-dollar books of business. Dale is currently Claim Director for NAMIC Insurance Company, Inc. (NAMICO), an insurance company owned by the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies and its members.
	Steve Asmus Steve Asmus is the Salvage Corporate Buyer for All States Ag Parts, Inc. Steve has spent the last 25 years in the farm equipment salvage business. After assuming responsibility of All States Ag Parts insurance buying division in 2002, it has grown to annually dealing with over 1,000 adjusters in 40 states and purchasing more than $5 million of salvage equipment. In the last 10 years Steve has been the driving force behind All States Ag Parts, launching a dedicated subrogation storage lot for farm equipment to better serve the insurance industry.
